Siker Klussenbedrijf offers residential and commercial painting, decorating, and related maintenance services. All services are provided based on availability and a mutually agreed quote.

2. Quotations and Payments

  • All quotes are free and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • A written approval from the client is required before any work commences.

  • A deposit may be requested to secure the booking.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of the agreed works unless stated otherwise on the invoice.

  • Payments can be made by bank transfer or cash.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee to cover lost time or expenses.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or delay work due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must ensure safe, accessible, and clear working conditions.

  • Furniture, decorations, and valuables should be removed or protected in advance.

  • Siker Klussenbedrijf is not liable for damage to items left in the workspace without adequate protection.

5. Workmanship Guarantee

  • We pride ourselves on high-quality work.

  • Any concerns must be reported within 14 days after job completion.

  • If defects arise from our workmanship, we will return to correct them free of charge.

6. Liability

  • We are insured in accordance with Dutch business regulations.

  • We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing structural or surface issues.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, logo, and images, is the property of Siker Klussenbedrijf.

  • Unauthorized copying, use, or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Privacy

  • We handle personal information in compliance with GDPR.

  • Personal data will only be used to provide our services and will never be sold or shared without consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
